Okay, maybe we’re going slightly too far with that but Manchester United’s new kit is glorious. Absolutely glorious.
Described as “clean” and “classic”, adidas haven’t lied and their latest release is a gem.
The new homepage of manutd.com looks a lot fresher and, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic front and centre in the new jersey shoot, Red Devils fans are in for a treat.
With the shoulders scattered with tidy dots, the necessary stripes lining the sides of the kit and the blacked-out crest, the white jersey really is something to behold.
The kit will be worn for the first time on Saturday 30 July against Galatasaray in the final match of the side’s tour of the US and it will also be worn for United’s first league game against Bournemouth on August 14. Who knows, if he ever ends his holiday in Miami, perhaps a certain Mr Pogba might be appearing in it that day?
The shirt is on worldwide sale from August 1.
