Maxime Biamou and Nathan Arnold won’t be forgetting January 17 in a hurry.
Biamou struck in the 90th minute at Kingsmeadow to give Sutton United the lead against AFC Wimbledon, putting the non-league club on the verge of an appearance in the fourth round of the FA Cup after Roarie Deacon drew them level in the second half.
Dan Fitchett sealed victory after several minutes of stoppage time had passed, ensuring the Conference side safe passage and a huge match-up against Leeds United.

Meanwhile, up at Sincil Bank, Arnold coolly rounded Ipswich goalkeeper Dean Gerken to hand Lincoln City – also in the National League – a surprise win of their own.
The Imps came close to victory at Portman Road, but a late equaliser from Tom Lawrence looked to have ended their dream.
Arnold had other ideas, though, showing remarkable calm to prompt a pitch invasion at full-time and set up a meeting with Brighton & Hove Albion.

It was a huge result for Sutton, who move into the fourth round for the first time since 1989. Lincoln, meanwhile, have not gone this far since way back in 1976.
After early suspicion about Lincoln v Ipswich keeping Silent Witness off our screens, the game certainly delivered.
Indeed, those who ended up watching the game – whether out of choice or inertia – certainly agreed.
Turned the football on for the last 5mins. Absolute scenes! G'warn Lincoln!

There was similar praise for Sutton, who only came back up to the fifth tier of English football this season.
