This is something of a WTF moment even for Tyson Fury.
We’re used to the Wythenshawe warrior mouthing off with all sorts of weird and wonderful proclamations and disses but this is something else entirely. It’s as if he started talking and didn’t know how to stop.
In comments that are so David Brent you wonder whether Ricky Gervais himself wrote them, the 27-year-old was at pains to stress that he didn’t have anything against heavyweight challenger Anthony Joshua.
But his way of proving this was perhaps a case of too much information. It seems Tyson has a preconceived idea of how long his fellow Brit is in the shower – and wishes he could match up.
Perhaps he should be focusing on another kind of bell with his July 9th rematch with Wladimir Klitschko on the horizon…
