But for a sore ankle, Tyson Fury would’ve been preparing for his rematch with Wladimir Klitschko this weekend.
But don’t worry, it doesn’t seem like he’s been stuck for things to do.
Instead of gearing up for the big fight, he’s boarded a plane to Nice ahead of England’s last 16 Euro 16 match with Iceland.
Ahead of the game, he’s been mingling with fellow England supporters in the city’s bars…

… and it seems that the drinks are on him.
As the video above shows, Fury is handing out Jägerbombs like there’s no tomorrow, with a tweet from the boxer confirming he’d footed the bill for all *200* of the drinks.

We can’t quite make out exactly how much he stumped up for the round, but it’s definitely four figures and definitely starts with a ‘1’.
Along with getting the drinks in, Fury was also spotted leading a group of England fans throughout the Nice streets…

Thoughts of beating Klitschko for the second time in eight months seem far, far away.
Only recently did we see the extent of the bruised ankle that has seen Fury pull out of his rematch with Klitschko, which had been scheduled for July 9. Perhaps we’ll hear more about when the fight will take place when he gets back from France.
