Both players were pivotal during their 2-1 league win against Antalyaspor.
Nani opened the scoring just before the interval, meeting a perfectly-weighted Van Persie cross with a powerful header into the back of the net.
The opposition equalised and it took Fenerbahce until the 97th minute to break the deadlock through that man again.
The Portuguese international showed nerves of steel to curl home a 25-yard free kick right at the death.
