This really is special from the Kop.
There was a really poignant moment during the first half of Liverpool’s FA Cup fourth round clash against West Ham on Saturday, as the home fans paid tribute to a young fan who recently passed away.
Owen McVeigh was regularly seen in the stands for Liverpool matches along with his dad Mark before he sadly passed away from leukaemia in December.
On the 11 minute mark, Liverpool fans paid their respects to Owen by giving one-minute’s worth of a standing ovation to honour his memory.
