Lincoln City continue to be one of the feel good football stories of the season. Possibly *the* feel good story.
An already-impressive cup run was extended by the Imps on Saturday. In turning over Premier League Burnley at Turf Moor, they became the first Non League side to reach the FA Cup last eight in over a century.
By now, we’ve all had ample time to see the Match of the Day footage of Sean Raggett’s late winner… but what many of us might not have seen yet is how the goal was greeted by those watching the game back in Lincoln.
Not all Lincoln fans made the trip to Lancashire, with many choosing to watch the match on a big screen at Sincil Park.
In the tweet below, posted on Twitter by user @winstano, we see the reaction to Raggett’s goal. As you might expect, the goal prompts plenty of shouting, a bit of swearing and scenes of sheer joy. Impressively, one man also manages to not spill a *single drop* of his pint amongst the wild(ish) celebrations.
Feast your eyes on this. This is what’s meant by ‘magic of the cup’…
