Jonny Evans is set to end his 11-year spell at Manchester United by joining West Brom.
The 27-year-old is undergoing a medical after the two clubs agreed an initial fee of £6million on Friday.
Evans has played almost 200 games for United since joining as a youngster in 2004, but fell out of favour under Louis van Gaal last season.

The defender was banned for six matches after being found guilty of spitting at Papiss Cisse in March, and made only one more appearance for United.
