Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s final club, if he gets his way, is one that nobody was expecting.
Many had presumed that the Sweden captain would see out his career at Malmo, the club where he started out.
Others had hinted at a move to Manchester United where he could have tasted Premier League life before hanging up his boots, while AC Milan, Ajax and Arsenal were also potential destinations.
But according to the PSG striker’s agent, Mino Raiola, Ibrahimovic wants to retire at Napoli.

The above tweet quotes Raiola as having said: “Zlatan wants to finish his career at Napoli, he’s always loved their fans.”
Speaking to Radio Crc, Raiola explained that there’s one stumbling block in the way and that’s Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis.
“Ibrahimovic told me he wanted to end his career at Napoli, but he’s not part of De Laurentiis’ footballing project.”
Surely he can make an exception.
