“I ain’t got time to bleed” Amazing!
In a previous article about Predator, I remarked that John McTiernan’s classic sci-fi won 75 Oscars in 1988. After being shown that this information was, I’d like to apologise to film fans everywhere because Predator actually won 76 Oscar in that year.
Truth be told, it should have won even more. What other film featured a man shaving with a raw blade, a goddamn sexual tyrannosaurus or the manliest handshake in the history of cinema?
It’s a goddamn masterpiece.
Aside from the epic one-liners, mounting tension, and memorable action, Predator introduced us to one of the coolest sci-fi characters as the alien hunter tormented Dutch, Dillon, and co.
Truth be told, we knew that the shit was going to hit the fan after that memorable scene where Arnie discovers the body of Jim Hopper and the rest of the Green Berets out of Fort Bragg.
Not only were they dead, but every single soldier was skinned and hung from the tallest tree.
Well, in the upcoming Ghost Recon: Wildlands, gamers will get to relive the carnage and horror that defined one of the greatest moments from John McTiernan’s classic.
Take a look at this teaser that promises the return of the Predator.
It’s time to step back into the jungle.
GET TO THE CHOPPPPPPPPPA!!
