A crazy amount of Britons would find out when and how they die

Ben Kenyon

The Grim Reaper stalks us all.

A cheery thought to consider while you’re sitting at your desk or putting your feet up at home.

Whether you’re going to live to the ripe old age of 100 or go out with a bang aged 40 to a massive sex heart attack at the local swingers club, would you really want to find out?

Apparently more than half of British people really want to know how and when they die.

The study by www.perfectchoicefunerals.com found that 64% of respondents would want to know the date of their death, whilst 51% would find out the cause.

Most people who wanted to find out how they snuffed it said they wanted to work out how to cheat death (29%), go out with a bang in their remaining years (24%) or finish their bucket list (19%).

But there were 7% who just wanted to know for the pure morbid curiosity.
