McDonald’s home delivery is about to go 24/7.

The golden arches, Subway, Wok to Walk and VQ are all food outlets that will be available any time of the week as Uber Eats expands its delivery service.

Uber Eats is the first food delivery service to go 24/7 and decided to make its app available round the clock following a 385 per cent increase in orders between 12am-4am over the past few months.

Once rolled out in London, Uber Eats plan to launch in other big cities.

Toussaint Wattinne, Uber Eats’ UK general manager, said: “At Uber Eats we want to offer our customers food delivery whenever it suits them, whether that’s breakfast in bed on a Saturday morning or a late night burger after a night on the town.

“From the classic British late-night-staples such as kebabs or fried chicken, to a decadent grilled steak or a household favourite like McDonald’s, we’re thrilled to be satisfying Londoners’ late night hunger pangs with our new 24/7 service.”
