The first working week of a new year is always a struggle as you try to get yourself back into something resembling a normal routine.
But it’s not just adults who are suffering. For kids up and down the land, the return to school is a considerable shock to the system – especially after two weeks of playing on their brand new Xbox and going to bed pretty much whenever they felt like it.
