The FA’s decision to debut a new Muse track ahead of Saturday’s FA Cup Final has been receiving plenty of ‘Resistance’.
Arsenal and Aston Villa fans looking to soak up the famous Wembley atmosphere have not taken too kindly to the announcement on Twitter, and have aired their grievances.
.@FA @muse @wembleystadium let the fans create the atmosphere rather than deafening everyone

Muse are masters of anthems and were the first band to sell-out the new Wembley stadium in 2007, but many have been left unaMused by the prospect of hearing the band in different circumstances.
@FA @wembleystadium PLEASE turn the music down!! It actually hurts! Its not a concert its a football match

Fans will just have to sing louder – or grab a beer…
