Now, in one of the more cruel and unusual punishments around, a judge ordered her to cover the distance on foot if she wanted to avoid jail time.
This is not the first creative sentence handed out by eccentric American judge Michael A Cicconetti.
In a separate case, he ordered a criminal who had used pepper spray on her victim to be pepper sprayed herself as punishment (though there was a twist).
Judge Cicconetti’s reasoning? “I think everybody would like to have an eye for an eye”.
