Don’t worry Game of Thrones fans, you’ll find no spoilers here.
As many of you have no doubt found out this season or in previous seasons, it can be hard to avoid knowing what’s going on in Game of Thrones, such is the huge popularity of the show these days.
Unless fans catch it at a godawful hour on Monday mornings (when it simultaneously goes out in the US and on Sky Atlantic), they face the threat of having crucial plot lines revealed to them by a work colleague or on social media before getting to watch the latest episode themselves.
Granted, it’s not the end of the world but it is extremely frustrating and we wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
Anyone, that is, apart from a Reddit user whose experience of Game of Thrones is currently being ruined on him by an ex-girlfriend who introduced him to the show and is exacting revenge for his cheating ways.
The slimy gentleman in question shared his experience on Reddit in a post that has since been deleted, but this being the Internet, it’s no surprise to learn that a screenshot is doing the rounds.
No method of communication is safe, it seems, with the scorned lover even getting help from her friends to ensure that her ex never watches a spoiler-free episode again.
Even by Game of Thrones standards, this is pretty damn ruthless.
There are plenty in Westeros who would no doubt approve of such methods…
