We probably all know someone who’s exactly like this.
It may be something of a generalisation, but there would be plenty of members of older generations who feel that, in the social media age, manners aren’t as important as they used to be.
For those of you who believe that common courtesy is a crucial part of communication, you’ll be heartened to read about one British Grandmother whose incredibly polite communication methods have gone viral in recent days.
Let’s be honest, we all have a tendency to take Google for granted these days. We’re even rude to the fake person living in our phones designed specifically to make our lives easier.

But there are still some among us who know that manners cost nothing but can get you everything. Although we’re not sure if that extends to robots too.
Ben John shared an innocent post about how his nan uses Google late last week and it has duly been shared by thousands of people.
If only all Google searches could be like this, maybe we can delay the inevitable robot uprising.
