Not for the squeamish.
It’s very likely that Morgan Spurlock’s documentary Supersize Me made you think twice about McDonald’s but his latest effort will absolutely terrify anyone that has a phobia of rats.
Rats sees the filmmaker travelling to different cities around the world as he looks at man’s relationship with the pesky rodents. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and it has already been hailed as modern day horror classic.
The film is based on Robert Sullivan’s book of the same name and The Hollywood Reporter have hailed it as “an icky but engrossing docu-chiller”.
Rats will air on Discovery on the 22nd of October.
