A phallic cloud, you say?
It’s not every day that we’re exposed to the suggestion of a “phallic cloud” but it turns out that last night’s episode of Emmerdale was the exception to that rule.
While all the characters in the ITV soap are understandably a bit distracted by the small matter of Emma Barton’s murder, it was a newspaper headline present in the background of one of the scenes that got viewers’ attention.
Because it appeared to begin with the words: “Phallic cloud.”
Interesting.
What’s the rest of the headline… phallic means penis, right? #emmerdale #itv pic.twitter.com/FioXh35YSw

Was the phallic cloud spotted by a dweller of the dale?
Or perhaps it caused a car accident?
Maybe the phallic cloud is the killer and Emmerdale producers have been dropping hints all along?
While we may never know the true origin of the phallic cloud headline, we can always rest easy in the knowledge that the cloud is finally getting the recognition it deserves.
Godspeed.
