He knows something.
After being caught staring at Daenerys’ ‘good heart’ by Ser Davos, Jon Snow immediately told the Onion Knight that ‘there’s no time for that’ but as we now know, it appears that Westeros might be getting a new power couple.
In his review of the episode, Game of Thrones showrunner David Benioff spoke about that scene and said: “There’s tension on two sides. One is the political side where Jon Snow has his own very specific purpose on Dragonstone and that’s to get the dragon glass and if possible to convince Dany to fight alongside him. Dany has her own purpose which is to get Jon to bend the knee. There’s conflict and it’s conflict between powerful people and to make it even more complicated, they’re starting to be attracted to each other.”
Yep, we’ve discussed this relationship at length before, but Game of Thrones fans have been having fun online as they discusses this first date for ‘Jonerys.’
The fact that Daenerys has proclaimed her intention for fight for the North is a massive breakthrough in their relationship, but there’s one issue that’s still in the way. Jon has to bend the knee. Christ, how many times has that phrase been used this season?
This being said, it’s clear that Dany’s thinking has been massively changed after that memorable scene when she visited the Dragonstone caves and got a glimpse at the symbols that were created by the Children of The Forrest.
Ygritte was happy to say “You know nothing, Jon Snow” but it appears that the King in the North has learned a few things since then.
Anyone else think Jon Snow spent the last week drawing those White Walker cave paintings to woo Dany? #GameOfThrones #hangitonthefridge

I still really feel like Jon Snow drew these 10 mins before he brought Daenerys into the cave #GamesOfThrones pic.twitter.com/2ups8FrRLr

After all, the north remembers that last time that the King in the North got ‘romantic ‘ in a cave.
Remember the last time Jon Snow went in a cave with a woman? #GameOfThrones pic.twitter.com/i28U9TNELu

We think that Zach Braff has said it best.
The next few episodes should be very interesting.
