You’ve got to feel pretty bad for Alex, I mean, yeah, he is a bit weird when you compare him to the rest of the contestants on Love Island. But still, he’s getting a pretty rough time in the villa – in fact, you kind of worry that we might tune in tonight to find that the girls have decided to nick his dinner money and the boys are planning on giving him a bog-washing in the loos.
After the first day humiliation of having no girl step forward to say she fancied him, last night he had to contend with the girls refusing to kiss him – like he had the lurgy or something.

Afterward, Alex told the other guys: “I’ve kind of had enough. I feel like a leper or something that’s what I feel like.
“I feel like ‘what is wrong with me?’ Have I got a black mark or something?”
Life’s just one ol’ sad face emoji right now for him, but at least the show’s fans are behind him.
Given the hard time he’s been getting, people on Twitter have been encouraging each other to vote for him to go on a date with new girl Rosie. As she’s a lawyer – meaning she has a ‘professional’ job like him – people think the two could be a perfect match.

The new series will be the longest running ever and has had new regulations introduced, including a ban on smoking on camera and a set of “sex rules.”
As I probably don’t need to tell you, the show continues on ITV2 at 9pm tonight.
