Lots of people were confused.
Quite a lot of First Dates viewers were a bit confused after Love Island star Tyla Carr appeared on the most recent edition of show.
Before you ask, Tyla – or Tyler as she became known by Love Island fans – didn’t manage to get sucked into some strange Bermuda Triangle vortex where all the natural laws of time and space become irrelevant.
Instead, Channel 4 decided to capitalise on her newfound fame by airing an older episode that featured her on a date from December 12th, 2016.
In the episode, a man named Bobby went out for dinner with the Surrey-born model but there was a catch, he had brought along his mum to the restaurant because she enjoying a date of her own.
Given the fact that Tyla was only recently ditched from Love Island along with Mike, plenty of people were a bit confused about the whole thing.
First Dates and now Love Island, the smart money will be on Tyla appearing on Big Brother or the X-Factor next.
She’s clearly taking over the TV airwaves in her search for love.
