Pixar are undoubtedly the masters of the movie easter egg game.
The movie studio is so dedicated to the art of hiding little bonuses in their films that everyone expects to see them pop up in the next release. A Luxo Jr. here, a Pizza Planet truck there – we can spot the usual suspects from a mile away.
But it turns out that Pixar are even better at hiding secret references in their movies than we could possibly have imagined. A video posted to the official Toy Story Facebook page shows us that there are easter eggs buried even deeper in the surface of the films we know (or at least thought we knew) and love.
For example, this little girl in the background of Finding Dory…

And Arlo from The Good Dinosaur…

This seems to confirm the theory that all of Pixar’s movies take place in the same universe, which we kind of knew already – they’re Pixar movies, right? Either way, we now know that Pixar are even craftier than we once thought.
