Sannie Carlson, also known as Whigfield, brought us the hit ‘Saturday Night’ back in 1994.
The Danish singer was relatively unknown until that point and was suddenly a worldwide star for her catchy tune.

Anyway, Sannie’s song even made it into the Guinness Book of Records for being the first artist to go straight to No 1 in the UK singles chart with a debut single.
