Dirt Man could be coming soon

When Stan Lee died at the age of 95 earlier this week, he left behind him an incredible body of creations.

Amongst the many iconic characters he co-created are Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, Black Panther, the Silver Surfer, and Daredevil. And that is just scratching the surface.

There may yet be another character still to emerge from his mind though.

His daughter, J.C. Lee, revealed that she had been work on a superhero with her father.

“I’ve been trying to get him to create a character with me his entire life,” she told TMZ. “We’ve been working on a character called Dirt Man.”

She says that they were working on the character just days before he died, and she plans to move forward with the project.

J.C. Lee also confirmed she is starting a foundation in her dad’s honour.

There are no details on who Dirt Man is or what his powers are as of yet.

Stan Lee began his career in the comic book business in 1939, before revolutionising the industry by creating The Fantastic Four with Jack Kirby in 1961.

He stepped away from comic book writing in 1972 to focus on publishing

The comic book legend, whose wife of 69 years passed away in 2017, is survived by his daughter JC, who told TMZ: “My father loved all of his fans. He was the greatest, most decent man.”

A legend and visionary in the comic book industry, Lee had in recent years been a regular on the big screen due to his consistent cameos in Marvel Cinematic Universe films.
