Bring your wellies because the reunion is on
Aside from the epic bus wankers gag and the fact that they actually lost an entire door at Thorpe Park, Simon’s car has been pretty decent to Jay, Neil, and Will.
Of course, there was that moment when Neil covered the entire back seat with… , Jay’s horrible navigation that accidentally got them caught behind a funeral procession and that moment when Tara’s parents noticed Simon’s bumper sticker that said ‘Honk if you want a blow job’.
All lovely.
The iconic Fiat Cinquecento also signified the end of The Inbetweeners because the ‘Yellow Peril’ sadly rolled to a watery grave during a camping trip.
The lads didn’t mind too much because they headed off to Magaluf and Australia in the films.
However, much like Neil’s desire to be an airplane driver – not a pilot – Simon’s beloved car will never go away as with the gang set to reunite for a TV special, it appears that the world’s most famous tape deck is about to return.
Here’s what Blake Harrison (Neil) and James Buckley (Jay) shared on social media and it’s nice to see the old shitbox again.

As previously mentioned, the gang are reuniting for a two-hour TV special and it’s time to bring your wellies because you’ll be knee-deep in nostalgia.
For the first time since the Inbetweeners finale in October 2010, Simon Bird, James Buckley, Blake Harrison and Joe Thomas will all be appearing on the small screen together to celebrate a decade of the beloved show.
The two-hour special will celebrate the three seasons and two movies as audiences get to experience never-before-told stories, behind-the-scenes footage and contributions from celebrity fans.
Tom Beck, Channel 4’s head of live events and commissioning editor for entertainment, said: “Will, Jay, Simon and Neil spent years failing to sneak into the best parties, so I’m very pleased to throw one that they’re definitely invited to.
Aw fweeeends!
