Absolute scenes.
We’re certain that every Glastonbury reveler is absolutely shattered this morning as they make their way home from the festival, but they probably don’t care after witnessing another memorable festival.
Radiohead, Stormzy, Liam Gallagher, Ed Sheeran and even Lord Buckethead delivered strong performances, but as is the norm, there’s always a degree of mystery and excitement about the secret gig.
On Sunday evening, fans of The Killers got a very welcome surprise.
It has been five years since the band released their last album, Battle Born, but it’s not like they’ve spent their entire time away from the spotlight in the Las Vegas casinos.
Singer Brandon Flowers had been off getting his solo career off the ground while other members of the band have been kept busy with their own projects.
This being said, we’re delighted to see that they’ve got a new album, Wonderful Wonderful, that’s due out soon because they’ll undoubtedly be touring again.
Well, they managed to get in some practice at Glastonbury because their set included some of their most famous hits.
Truth be told, if you’re going to send everyone home happy, there’s no better way to do it than by playing Mr Brightside.
Take a look as Brandon Flowers and co drive the crowd absolutely crazy with the final track. No pyro, no party.
