If anyone ever asks you to sum up the difference between American and British television, point them in the direction of ‘Pimp My Ride’.
The US version, hosted by Xzibit, was an all-American showcase of the sort of vehicles you tend to only ever see on the other side of the Atlantic.
Over here, however, we had the Big Dawg himself, Tim Westwood – an enigmatic character, who recently showed us what he’s all about when taking part in the How Hard challenge on JOE’s Football Friday Live.
Now, if you were somehow living under a rock and missed the majesty of the UK version of Pimp My Ride, fear not.
The genius that is Wil Jones has come through yet again, after his magical work with the oeuvre of Danny Dyer.
Jones managed to condense Dyer’s ‘Who Do You Think You Are’ appearance into a bitesize chunk, after doing the same with Football Foul-Ups and more.
So if we can trust anyone to give Westwood the same glowing treatment, Jones is the man.
