After waiting more than two years, fans finally saw the return of Idris Elba as DCI John Luther.
The end of season 3 left us hanging on the edge of our seats, but if you thought that everything would be explained right away, you were in for a shock.
After a depressing opening in which he received some shocking news, fans were glad to see Luther back to his usual wise-cracking self.
