It’s great to see that his injury isn’t as bad as feared.
Enzo Amore was knocked unconscious after falling from the ring at WWE Payback, amidst fears that he had suffered an extremely serious injury. Amore was fighting the Vaudevillains alongside Big Cass when he took a worrying tumble and was rushed to hospital with the bout cancelled.

Thankfully, the 29-year-old – real name Eric Arndt – seemed to be well and in good spirits, judging from a snap posted by Canadian fellow wrestler Kevin Owens. Amore is seen in the background hamming it up for the camera in classic WWE style.

WWE later confirmed that the New Jersey native had been released from hospital with mild concussion. If nothing else the whole unfolding drama proves that american wrestling is a dangerous sport no matter how scripted the outcomes.
