Grilled cheese is hard to beat
Crispy, buttery bread, molten hot liquid cheese, meat if you add it – what more could you ask for? Well, it turns out that there’s a difference between your everyday grilled cheese and what you could be making.
Our friends at the Cornish Grilled Cheese Company showed us what it takes. Sourdough bloomer bread, butter, burger onions, jalapeños, Sriracha, slow cooked brisket and a ludicrous four-cheese blend – that is what it takes.
Combine all of these and you’ll have something almost as good as what these guys are producing, The Holy Cow.
