Doughnuts? Good. Ice cream? Good. Sandwiches? Good. What’s not to like?
The world of food has reached the stage where continued innovation is a necessity, with experimentation going beyond anything a rational human could possibly conceive of. And boy, do we love the direction in which it’s going.
We’ve already been treated to Creme Egg pizza and the Giga Big Mac, but now we’re preparing to usher in a donut ice cream sandwich.

The product consists of a warm original glazed doughnut sliced in half and filled with raspberry gelato and vanilla ice cream.
According to Krispy Kreme Japan, the new product will arrive in Japanese stores on April 13, and its release marks the 10th anniversary of the chain launching in the Asian country.
Now, what do we need to do to convince them to bring it to the UK?
