A Greater Manchester McDonald’s is set to become the chain’s first UK restaurant with waiters.
The new service will be trialled in Mottram McDonald’s, east of Manchester city centre, and rolled out in nine more stores before the end of August. The plan is to then introduce waiters nationwide across 1,250 UK restaurants.
This is the latest in a string of new additions to the chain since the appointment of their new Chief Executive Steve Easterbrook.
Since taking charge of the ‘Golden Arches’ Easterbrook has unveiled the all-day breakfast, the all new gourmet breakfast and a customer complaint phone app.
It’s unclear whether or not he’ll be making Ronald McDonald wait the tables…
