Any man who was a teenager in the 1990s will likely count American Pie as one of the seminal films of their adolescence.
It’s probably also the first time the acronym MILF entered the common consciousness for many of us, thanks to its use to describe Stifler’s mom.
It should be clear enough that the term MILF has certain connotations, and that it’s not a phrase you’d use to describe your own mother.
It’s certainly not something you’d put on a Mother’s Day card. No one would be that thoughtless, right?
