When it comes to picking a mate, we all have our own personal deal-breakers.
Maybe you’re a dog person who refuses to date anyone without a canine of their own, or maybe you just won’t be caught dead with someone who pronounces the word ‘schedule’ wrong.
However, when it comes to online dating, there are apparently some universal deal-breakers which will pretty much turn anyone off.
That’s according to a new study by Zoosk, which found that a whopping 72% of online daters are instantly turned off by bad spelling and grammar.
More than 9,000 people were surveyed by the online dating site and almost three quarters agreed that they wouldn’t go on a date with someone who sent them a poorly written message.
Sounds harsh, but we know plenty who would agree.
