We’re a nosy bunch really, we want to know…
We all have that one friend who is frantically swiping on their phone whenever they go to a new area, trying to get those sweet, sweet matches. But let’s just hope they’re nothing like this lot.
But what about the other quieter swipers, the ones who claim that the app isn’t for them and that they don’t use it… we all know they’re dirty, stinking liars.
Tinder added a new feature to their app today called Tinder social, which will allow groups of people to get together. We know some of you filthy minded individuals are thinking, but this isn’t a feature designed for sexual encounters (well, at least not directly), but rather for people to get together with similar interests and socialise outside their standard groups of friends.
“Tinder Social is designed to make it as easy as possible to plan your night, get out into the real world and meet new people. The new feature takes the Tinder experience to a new level, offering our users more ways to expand their social circles and interact with potential matches,” said Sean Rad, CEO and co-founder of Tinder.
But perhaps most appealingly, the app lets you check out which of your Facebook friends is using Tinder. We can tell you’re dying to know…
When you open the Tinder app, you’ll be greeted with the following page as per Digital Spy. To proceed click Unlock Tinder Social…
You will be forwarded to this screen where you should select, “I’m Going Out”.
This next page will bring up a list of your Facebook friends using the app who’ve selected to use Tinder Social. It will look something like this (without the blurred images of course).
There you have it folks, these are your friends currently using the app and the new feature… creep away.
