A while back we told you users were reporting there was a massive problem with battery power on the new devices.
It is claimed that the A9 chip inside the device has two different manufacturers – which has led to a big disparity in battery life, depending on the luck of the draw with which one you got.
Without wanting to go full geek on you, there you apparently get two hours less battery life if you’ve got one with a 14nm Samsung chip as opposed to one with 16nm TMSC chip fitted.
