No, you’re crying.
Back in 1987, an Englishman by the name of Michael Brown was due to be married to an Irish woman named Marie Simpson.
But as it has a habit of doing, life got in the way and for whatever reason, things didn’t go as planned and the wedding never happened.
Somewhat understandably, in the wake of the cancelled marriage, Marie and Michael drifted apart and lost contact – until recently, that is, when they found each other on the internet and opened the lines of communication once more.
They arranged to meet once again and on Friday, after 29 years apart, they had an emotional reunion at Knock Airport in County Mayo in what was Michael’s first ever visit to Ireland.
There were cameras there to capture the moment and if you’re feeling a bit glum of a Monday morning, then this should cheer you right up.
On the other hand, if you’re a bit fragile at the end of a long week, then the tears might start to flow as it’s quite emotional.
