There’s a new title holder in the lemonade chugging world.
A man from Queens, New York has beaten his own previous world record for chugging a gallon of lemonade in the shortest amount of time.
Eric Booker, who goes by the nickname ‘Badlands’, wowed spectators at the annual Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest on July 4th.
It took just 21 seconds for Eric to slug back an entire jar of cold lemonade, winning the title for the fourth year in a row and setting a new worldwide standard at the same time.
You might already be familiar with Booker thanks to his successful YouTube channel whereby he entertains followers by consuming large quantities of liquids at his kitchen table or while sat in the drivers seat of his car.
Badlands Booker first won the inaugural lemonade chugging challenge in 2021 and has been able to defend his title every year since then.
In 2023, Booker set his first world record by downing a gallon of lemonade in just 23.08 seconds.
His victory this year came shortly after Patrick Bertoletti ended up winning the hot dog gulping contest, eating 58 glizzies in just 10 minutes.
