Sergio Garcia is one of the good guys.
Another reminder of this came in Kiev on Saturday when the 2017 Masters champion gifted two spare Champions League final tickets to a Liverpool supporter.
Garcia is a Real Madrid supporter (presumably a better one than Rafa Nadal) and will be attending the game with wife, Angela. On Saturday morning, Angela confirmed they had made it to Kiev but had two extra tickets for the game, adding they’d be happy to ‘make a random person’s day’.
Made it to Ukraine 🇺🇦 for the @ChampionsLeague final! We have two extra tickets in hand and can’t wait to make a random person’s day!!! 😍🤫 @TheSergioGarcia @realmadrid #UCLFinal #HalaMadrid

A reply to her tweet soon pointed out that ‘Ireland’s biggest Liverpool fan’ was in Kiev and looking for a ticket.
The man in question, Richy Sheehy, may seem familiar. If he does, that’s probably because he went viral earlier in the year for his performance of his special tribute song to Liverpool’s front three, Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino.

Yeah, him.
A tweet from Richy later confirmed he’d taken delivery of the free tickets.
‘Just Sergio and Angela Garcia sorting me with free tickets to the final,’ he tweeted. ‘Thanks so much @TheAngelaAkins Think I should now be known as Cork’s Luckiest Liverpool Fan,’ he added, posting a picture of himself with the Garcias.

The Garcias later posed for a picture with former Real Madrid star Luis Figo, who also had a picture holding the couple’s baby daughter, Azalea.
