That’ll be him gone in the summer
Paul Pogba was booed by Manchester United fans as he walked down the tunnel after their 3-2 win against Norwich on Saturday afternoon.
Pogba was given the tough task of playing as a lone holding midfielder behind Bruno Fernandes and Jesse Lingard against the relegation battlers, which almost proved catastrophic as United blew a two-goal lead as the Canaries drew level at the start of the second half.
But Cristiano Ronaldo stepped up when it mattered most again, scoring a free kick – yes, a free kick – to ensure United took all three points as they fight for a top four finish.
Despite the victory, Pogba was singled out for criticism from the home crowd, who reportedly chanted ‘Fuck off Pogba’ as he was substituted off for Marcus Rashford.
Then after the game, as the players headed towards the dressing room, the Frenchman cupped his ears to the fans, who made their feelings towards him very clear.

Pogba’s contract at Old Trafford expires this summer and looking at the increasingly toxic relationship between him and the United fanbase, it seems extremely unlikely that he will stay.
Plenty of clubs will be lining up to sign the World Cup winner, with Paris Saint-Germain seemingly the most likely to take advantage of yet another free agent transfer.
