Paul Pogba’s return to Manchester United was expected to be the turning point for Manchester United; the signing that confirmed their return to very top. It didn’t quite work out like that, though. He has shown glimpses of his best, but lacked the consistency needed to solidify his status as one of the world’s very best midfielders.

He has therefore been linked with a move away from Old Trafford, under the assumption that his talents would be better unlocked outside the shackles of José Mourinho’s football.

FC Barcelona’s Luis Suarez has even tried to persuade Pogba to move to the La Liga champions, but Paul Pogba has come out and said he is committed to Manchester United.

Speaking to Sky cameras, Pogba said: “I always play at 100%. I always want to win with my club. I always want to fight.”

“My future lies with Manchester United.”

Pogba was recently criticised, and praised, by Manchester United legend Bryan Robson. The former United captain said that “for me he’s got a good attitude towards the game, he’s got the ability, it’s just about getting it out of him week-in, week-out, if you want to go on and win the title”.
