Here we go! It’s going to be an unusual summer transfer window, with the market set to deflate as a result of the shrinking football economy, but there is still plenty of business to be done. Your best chance of keeping on top of it all is here, where we will update you with every big transfer announcement.

- Joe Hart from Burnley to Tottenham Hotspur – free
The former England number one becomes Jose Mourinho’s second signing of the summer, replacing Michel Vorm as a back-up goalkeeper.
- David Silva from Manchester City to Real Sociedad – free
Everything was lined up for Silva to join Lazio, but La Real hijacked the deal at the last minute. Rumour has it Silva opted for a return to Spain for family reasons.
- Aaron Ramsdale from Bournemouth to Sheffield United – £18.5m
Ramsdale impressed during his breakthrough season despite Bournemouth’s relegation and will only develop further under Chris Wilder. As for Dean Henderson, it looks as though he’s going to fight for his place at Manchester United.
- Willian from Chelsea to Arsenal – free
Willian follows in the footsteps of Petr Cech and David Luiz to move from west to north London. The 32-year-old signs on a three year contract, but still has a lot to offer.
- Blaise Matuidi from Juventus to Inter Miami
The world cup winner becomes David Beckham’s first high profile signing in Miami. And what a signing it is, Matuidi might be 33 but still has bags of energy and should dominate stateside.
- Francis Coquelin from Valencia to Villarreal – £7.2m
The French midfielder reunites with Unai Emery.
- Dani Parejo from Valencia to Villarreal – FREE
Valencia’s captain also departs for nothing as the club looks to offload several big name players.
- Kyle Walker-Peters from Tottenham to Southampton – £12m
After an impressive loan spell, the right-back joins the Saints permanently.
- Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg from Southampton to Tottenham – £15m
Mourinho makes his first Mourinho signing of his tenure (excluding Bergwijn) – a proper ball winner.
- Kostas Tsimikas from Olympiakos to Liverpool – £11.75m
Jurgen Klopp finally has some back-up for Andy Robertson that isn’t James Milner.
- Alexis Sanchez from Manchester United to Inter Milan
Finally, his nightmare spell at Old Trafford comes to an end. He joins Inter for no fee.
- Ferran Torres from Valencia to Manchester City
The winger has joined City for just €23m, despite his contract containing a €100m release clause as Valencia embark on a squad overhaul.
- Kemar Roofe from Anderlecht to Rangers
The former Leeds man has spent the past year in Belgium and now joins Steven Gerrard’s Rangers as they look to prevent a tenth consecutive title for city rivals Celtic. Hopefully they find a better fitting shirt for him than this, though.
- Santi Cazorla from Villarreal to Al-Sadd – free transfer
After a miraculous recovery from an almost career ending injury, Cazorla enjoyed two wonderful years at his first ever club and will now see out his career playing under former Spain teammate Xavi in Qatar.
- Victor Osimhen from Lille to Napoli – €50m
The highly rated 21-year-old arrives in Naples off the back of an 18 goal season for Lille.
- Adam Lallana from Liverpool to Brighton and Hove Albion – free transfer
The 32-year-old departed Liverpool after six years at the club to join the south coast club on a three-year contract.
- Dejan Lovren from Liverpool to Zenit St Petersburg – £10.9m
The defender leaves Liverpool with a Champions League and a Premier League title to his name, having dropped down the pecking order in recent years.
- Tomas Soucek from Slavia Prague to West Ham United – £19.1m
Since arriving on loan in January, Soucek has impressed in West Ham’s midfield, especially post-restart. His move has now been made permanent.
- Álvaro Negredo from Al Nasr to Cádiz – free transfer
The former Manchester City man returns to Spain from the middle east having scored 31 goals in 53 games in the Arabian Gulf League.
- Nathan Ferguson from West Brom to Crystal Palace – free transfer
Crystal Palace have finally got a new right-back man after trying to sign him in January following last summer’s sale of Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
- Jude Bellingham from Birmingham City to Borussia Dortmund – £22.8m
The 17-year-old follows in Jadon Sancho’s footsteps at Signal Iduna Park. Birmingham also retired his shirt number.
- Suso from AC Milan to Sevilla – £21.7m
The former Liverpool forward joined Sevilla on an 18 month loan deal from Milan in January which included an obligation to buy. And Sevilla have now bought.
- Hélder Costa from Wolves to Leeds – £16m
The winger’s loan move has been made permanent after Leeds gained promotion to the Premier League.
- Leroy Sane from Manchester City to Bayern Munich – £60m
With a year left on his contract at City, Sané moved German giants Bayern.
- Emre Can from Juventus to Borussia Dortmund – £22.8m
Another loan made permanent. Decent profit for Juve after picking him up on a free from Liverpool.
- Alvaro Morata from Chelsea to Atletico Madrid – £59m
Another loan spell made permanent. Hopefully the striker can properly settle in his hometown and reach his full potential.
- Cedric Soares from Southampton to Arsenal – free transfer
Cedric did not make one appearance for the Gunners during his loan, mainly due to the fact that football got put on hold. The 28-year-old joins Arsenal on a free as back-up to Héctor Bellerín.
- Pablo Mari from Flamengo to Arsenal – £14m
You probably saw him make a brief appearance against Man City in the second game of the restart, before he got injured and was replaced by David Luiz…
- Thomas Meunier from Paris Saint-Germain to Borussia Dortmund – free transfer
A solid replacement for the departing Achraf Hakimi, who has joined Inter from Real Madrid after impressing on loan at Dortmund.
- Morgan Schneiderlin from Everton to Nice – £2m
He’s been on a steady decline since his United days but at £2m, this seems a bargain for Nice.
- Timo Werner from RB Leipzig to Chelsea – £47m
Having been constantly linked with Liverpool in recent years, Werner opted to be part of Frank Lampard’s Chelsea revolution.
- Mauro Icardi from Inter Milan to Paris Saint-Germain – £45m
For years, Icardi was rumoured to be leaving Inter, falling out with the ultras, but he always stuck around and kept scoring goals. Until last summer, when Conte signed Lukaku and shipped Icardi out on loan after his relationship with the fans had reached breaking point. Everybody wins here, especially PSG, who have a world class poacher to replace Edinson Cavani.
- Hakim Ziyech from Ajax to Chelsea – £33.6m
Confirmed way back in the spring as the first recruit of Chelsea’s spending spree this summer, the Moroccan is sure to light up the Premier League.
