How on earth are we going to share how good/bad our day is going?
In what we’re sure is only a brief disruption to services, the photo and video sharing app Snapchat went offline on Monday evening.
The app, which will still open, allow you to take pictures, and check old stories, will not let many users send photos and videos or add them to your story.
Users attempting to send photos were met with a message sending failed notification and a cannot connect to server message.
Snapchat acknowledged in a statement that they’re aware of the problem and are currently looking into the matter.
They advised that they realise some people are unable to send snaps, but they’re working on a fix and advised people to remain logged into their accounts.
Many people logged out of their app to try and fix the problem and were unable to log back into the app.
According to the website Down Detector, outages of Snapchat have been reported in most of Europe and in parts of America.
Naturally, people are remaining calm and level-headed…
