Theresa May’s penultimate time at the PMQs Despatch Box was an interesting affair.
She and Jeremy Corbyn took it in turns to accuse the other of leading institutionally racist parties, neither engaged sincerely with the allegations. “I know you are but what am I” discourse in full effect.
Ian Blackford used his two questions to the prime minister to ask the difference between Donald Trump’s racist tweets, demanding four American congresswomen go back to their own countries, and Theresa May’s ‘Go Home’ vans.
She couldn’t answer the question.
