The world’s bizarre fascination with what child actors from the 90s look like now continues unabated.
This insatiable appetite to see the ravages of time and age laid bare has already thrown up what 20 years has done to the kid from Forrest Gump or the incredible transformation of Matilda’s Bruce Bogtrotter after that chocolate cake scene.
But now the focus has turned to what the cheeky wee lad from Liar Liar looks like these days.
You remember the one, right? Max – the floppy haired whipper-snapper who wished his lawyer dad (played by Jim Carrey) would stop lying for just one day, with hilarious consequences.
It was one of Carrey’s best classic 90s comedies, but just to make you feel old, it hit cinemas 19 years ago. NINETEEN years ago.
You’ve probably still got it on VHS in a cupboard at home somewhere.
But the young actor who played him, Justin Cooper, is all grown up and he’s not quite as cheeky or cherubic. He’s put on some size, grown a beard and shaved his head.
If you were his dad you’d never miss a birthday or special occasion ever again.
Cooper, who was just nine when Liar Liar came out in 1997, went on to star in Dennis 2: Dennis Strikes Again and several TV series including Brother’s Keeper.
He left his career in acting behind in 2003 and went on to become executive producer on The Ben Maller Show at FOX Sports Radio before moving to The Brian Noe Show.
And his current colleagues obviously can’t help the occasional sly dig about his most famous film appearance…

The man himself is on Twitter and he’s got some good chat…
The irony when concussions are such a big deal in the NFL but everyone celebrates by headbutting each other….
