This is a real head-scratcher.
We’re not sure what the hell this woman was thinking, but if it was meant to be a joke, we’re not sure the police really got it.
One Australian police officer was minding his own business – well, actually he was about to brief the media at the Emirates Melbourne Cup Day on crowd behaviour, ironically.
With camera rolling before he was due to speak, a random woman in a blue dress and high heels just ran up to him and pushed him straight into a bush.
Momentarily she turns to the cameras like it was the funniest thing that’s ever happened. But that very quickly turns to surprise and horror as two more police officers rush to restrain and arrest her.
We’re as baffled as you.
