A father whose three daughters were abused by disgraced US gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar will escape punishment for attacking Nassar in the courtroom.
Randall Margraves said he was a “distraught father” and cursed at Nassar, he then asked for some time alone with Nassar as part of the sentencing.
When the judge said that this wasn’t allowed, he lunged across the courtroom and attacked Nassar before being restrained by three court security officers.

Judge Janice Cunningham has now said that Margraves will face no punishment for his actions in the court.
She said that there was “no way” she would punish him.
Dwayne The Rock Johnson gave his two cents on Margraves’ actions in the court.
We all understand this father’s action. Nassar’s punishment will go far beyond sentencing. Behind bars, he’ll soon know what hell means. He’ll be well taken care of. https://t.co/6Fo47mppFo

Nassar, a former US Olympic gymnastics team doctor, was sentenced to up to 175 years in prison a week ago following testimonies from 160 of his victims.
Two of Margraves daughters, Madison and Lauren, had just testified about their abuse at the hands of the disgraced doctor when their father lunged for Nassar.
The incident happened while dozens more women waited to give their evidence on the abuse suffered at Nassar’s hands.
Nassar was already serving 60 years in prison for the possession of child sex abuse images.
