Talk about stealing someone’s thunder
It has been confirmed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced the recent news of her pregnancy at another family get-together, selfishly grabbing the spotlight from Princess Eugenie (who?) and Jack Brooksbank at their wedding three days ago.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex apparently told the rest of the Royal Family the news at the wedding reception at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle on Friday.
Clearly Sarah Ferguson, @SarahTheDuchess, wasn’t going to let her daughter’s limelight be stolen so easily and continued to tweet about the lesser royal wedding this morning, even as the news of Meghan Markle’s pregnancy took over social media.
Still, she tried, tweeting the following just 40 minutes after the big, big news broke:
So proud of Eugenie and Jack #wedding pic.twitter.com/HOS0oazLhz

Unfortunately for her, the likes pale in comparison to the mighty super couple of the successful Suits actress and the former soldier.

121,000 likes there for you, Duchess.
In fact, only a minute after the announcement she decided to remind the world of her ‘amazing dress’:
Thank you so much @emanuelungaropr for my amazing dress @JadGhandour pic.twitter.com/GDIKSx8g17

The Royals – they may seem fine, but please do give them far more attention that they deserve otherwise they get sad. Also, please don’t save your baby news for their wedding reception. Thank you for listening to this public service announcement.
