A teenager has been stabbed to death in south east London

A 15-year-old boy was taken to hospital last night after being found with knife wounds in Bellingham, Lewisham.

Police and paramedics were called to the scene on Randlesdown Road at 5.20pm but, despite efforts to save his life, the boy was pronounced dead at 8.10pm. His next of kin have been informed.

No arrests have been made and a crime scene remains in place.

Video released after the incident shows a police forensic team examining a Morley’s chicken shop.

The Met said: “At this early stage officers are working to establish the circumstances.

“Officers from the Homicide and Major Crime Command have been informed.”
